First there was this wonderful old building with its endless possibilities. Then came the idea for stylish and original holiday apartments in Latsch. We wanted to create a place that stands out. A place of good taste that brings people together. Away from the everyday, peppered with the special. This idea took concrete form in 2018 and three wonderful holiday apartments were created for couples, families and groups who want to occupy the entire house. Original holiday apartments in Laces

A 500-year-old, listed farmhouse offers space for three stylish holiday apartments in Laces in Vinschgau. With Historic Homes Zafig we have transformed historic walls and old beams into an original oasis of calm and relaxation. With a lot of enthusiasm and passion, we have managed to create a place that primarily appeals to people looking for a special holiday home. The "Tenne" and the "Stube" offer space for 2 - 4 people each, the large "Atelierwohnung" is ready for 7 - 10 people. The covered outdoor area adjacent to the farmhouse, the former barn and the historic cellar are there for everyone and are ideal for relaxing or celebrating.

The barn attached to the farmhouse creates a unique atmosphere in the historical ensemble Historic Homes Zafig. It is available to our guests as a covered open space with a special sense of space. For hours together with a glass of wine or dinner, for playing, romping, reading or relaxing. It is also suitable for a yoga retreat with the beautiful inner courtyard.

Another special feature of this holiday accommodation is the 500-year-old wine cellar with its own kitchen and well-stocked wine cabinet. It is a particularly sophisticated location for a party in an exceptional setting. We are happy to provide tips for good catering or, on request, provide you with an experienced chef from the area.
